Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in Finance having no 3rd class / division in academic records.
∎ CA(CC) or Part qualified Chartered Accountant will get preference.

Finance Management, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently capable of conducting Treasury and Money Market deals.
∎ Capable of efficient cash flow and fund management.
∎ Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
∎ Responsible for money market operation.
∎ Maintain monthly CRR and SLR requirement with Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Capable of handling all Bangladesh Bank reporting related to Treasury operations.
∎ Prepare or monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
∎ Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
∎ Manage relationships with banks and FIs.
∎ Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.
∎ Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
∎ Ensure the day to day smooth banking operation, regular bank payments and reconcile bank statements.
∎ Administration of bank accounts and banking signatories executed in line with control and policies.
∎ Provide the flow of banking information like FD reports, their interest calculation, balance confirmations, etc. to the management as and when required.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-10 years’ experience required in similar field.
∎ Knowledge of treasury software expertise.
∎ Good knowledge on Accounting Software (ERP).
∎ Excellent Treasury relationship with good number of Banks & FIs
∎ Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.
∎ Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out conclusions.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Experience of dealing with Treasury bill/bond will be preferred.
∎ Interested in process improvement.
∎ Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction.
∎ Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
∎ Computer knowledge, Bangla and English typing, with good command on Micro soft word & Excel.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 75000 (Monthly)
