Responsibilities & Context:
- Write renewal proposal to Bank and NBFI and time to time monitoring with the large volume of Credit Limit.
- Collect report of daily fund Inflow, outflow and outstanding. Planning daily payment as per the requirement of the Bank and others.
- Analysis of daily group funded and Non funded liabilities and always make a plan for upcoming LC payment and other Bank investment repayment. To communicate with the Banks and NBFIs for their special requirements (Case to Case).
- To solve the requirements of Bank and NBFI as their issues of a large volume of the credit limit Taking Required Sign from the signatory of Company after checking (Bank Related Documents and Board Meeting).
- Adjustment with Local LTR and Prepared document to open New Local LC To update the liability position of daily payments and Monitoring the ERP software loan module.
- Analyze and prepare daily operations expenses, budgets, and fund requisitions for regional office in accordance with the instruction of the Department Head within the agreed timeline.
- To understand and calculate risks involved in the financial activities of the organization. Other works like update the insurance, Preparation the ESIA report, renewals of Environment license, etc. Projection accounts preparation for bank required and sound knowledge to prepared ICRR under the guideline of Bangladesh Bank. To prepare of project profile of new project.
- To submit the report to the departmental head from time to time. To keep updated with the new BRPD Circular with Bangladesh Bank. Any special task provides by chairman and department head.
