∎ As the Senior Manager, Finance and Admin within the Migration Programme, you'll spearhead initiatives to ensure efficiency, responsibility, and adherence to regulations. Your role extends beyond determining financial demands; you're pivotal in rationalizing data and coordinating it effectively with program aims. Your practical suggestions will be integral in guaranteeing compliance and optimizing financial performance
∎ Job Description
∎ • Analysis of monthly/annual accounts of assigned portfolios and Coordinate with the Central Finance & Accounts team and other stakeholders.
∎ • Maintain effective communication with different stakeholders at the Head offices and Field offices to ensure the smooth operation of any project. Require going Field offices whenever necessary.
∎ • Forecast fund requirements, Review budget activities, Train staff, verify traveling expenses, and manage all admin activities as required.
∎ • Manage stakeholders (Accounts, program, donors, regulatory bodies, auditors) with the required deliverables
∎ • Review donor proposals, agreements, and budgets and ensure required financial control
∎ • Assist central finance team in preparing donor financial reports, manage external audit and NGOAB reporting as required
∎ • Prepare and maintain project-wise details fixed asset schedule, regular reconciliation between HO & FO, and Journal Vouchers
∎ • Fund management and Reconciliation of receivables and payables of the project
∎ • Ensure the payroll ledgers, salary allocations have complied with HR policies (Provision for provident fund, gratuity statement, TDS deduction, etc.)
∎ • Perform Financial Analysis and variance analysis and inform & report to respective Program and Finance teams. Support management reporting as required.
∎ • Support the annual budgeting process for the assigned projects and upload them in the ERP
∎ • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure if any reportable incident occurs, and encourage others to do so.

∎ • Experience in the following area(s): NGO / INGO / Corporate / Government Organizations / Financial Development Agencies are preferable.
