Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take part in full business planning cycle of company from headcounts planning to revenue, cost and complete P&L
∎ Take care of monthly/yearly internal reports as in Revenue, Profit and Loss and Cost Management to internal stakeholders within the Business units
∎ Be a professional business partner who work closely with respective stakeholders regarding all financial related matters from revenue to cost along with giving valuable insights in order to enhance the business
∎ Build and ensure internal control system is operating effectively
∎ Take part in develop automated/ dashboard reporting to transform data into valuable insights and real time analysis
∎ Continuous improvement of processes for efficient and effective financial analysis for commercial and finance teams
∎ Support regional finance on matters relating to monthly reporting process, costing data integrity and quality, annual budgeting process, and other finance related matters
∎ Support in preparing certain reports (e.g. monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc requests for Global reporting submission) as required.
∎ Assess business cases for key innovations and big bets, both looking at P&L and cashflow perspective.
∎ Pro-actively manage, control, and steer relevant Profit & Loss lines (actuals and forecast)
∎ Develop corrective actions to close gaps to targets including driving decision-making around resource allocation and budget setting.
∎ Responsible for in-year performance management across the business, identifying value opportunities that require intervention. Deliver and monitor pricing initiatives is a must in the role's context.
∎ Oversee day to day financial transactions in order to ensure that they are in line with accounting standards and company policies.
∎ Liaison with external and internal auditors and deal with audit queries on accounting measurements, disclosures and related issues of financials.
∎ Preparation of management report for senior management with detail analysis of sales, COGS and OPEX on regular basis.
∎ Providing and implementing (when needed), accounting solutions following IFRS and aligning internal policies
∎ Reporting of risks and developments in designated reporting systems by collecting information from stakeholders.
∎ Act as a core team member of ERP implementation project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 7 years relevant experience in reputed organizations
∎ Must have good knowledge of IFRS, Tax, VAT and ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferable).
∎ Good proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude
∎ Well-versed in computer operation & strong knowledge of MS Office
∎ CA CC from Big 4 will get preference
∎ VAT and ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferable)
