Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is directly responsible to the CFO of Promixco Healthcare Limited and manages the finance and accounting operations of Promixco.
∎ Responsible for budgetary planning and control, cost management and financial feasibility analysis, internal finance, audit, and accounting, and providing accurate and timely financial reports in a CFO setting.
∎ Accountable for overall internal finance, audit, and accounting management and providing accurate and timely financial reports as a CFO. Monitor and manage cross-departmental economic activities. Manage financial management activities in support of maintaining solid economic governance. Provide financial analysis using internal and external information. Develop documents, implement, and maintain internal accounting.
∎ Work with external auditors, financial institutions, and consultants to coordinate audits, tax/legal compliance, etc.RJSC for company matters. Provide periodic financial reports/records, designing and preparing comprehensive budget and budgetary control systems to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of PROMIXCO.
∎ Manage the production of annual budgets and forecasts. Carry out cash management, business modeling, and risk assessment. Manage departmental staff and maintain liaison with other colleagues.
∎ Maintain a documented system of accounting, policies, and procedures. Ensure managing office accounts efficiently. VAST knowledge in company matters with BSEC, RJSC & and NBR will be treated as extra experience.

∎ Medical Equipment and Devices Manufacturing and Construction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years' experience in a manufacturing organization;
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience as Head of Finance and Accounting Department;
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill;
∎ Should have strong leadership capability;
∎ Experience in ACCPAC, SAGE, SAP, Oracle;
∎ Proven track record of managing large amount of financial turnover.
