Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Post Graduation in Accounting/ Finance.
∎ Require professional exposure in CA (Knowledge level)/ ICMA (Inter) or qualified
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Chatered Accounting , ICMA
∎ Skills Required: Finance/ Accounts,Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and finalization of Annual Budget ( ABP).
∎ Preparation of separate Financial Statements for Tax Holiday unit and invest as per Tax Holiday related rules.
∎ Reporting on cash flow and working capital management, projected cash flow
∎ Prepare the forecasted income statement & compare with ABP based on forecasted volume including analytical report.
∎ Ensure actual & projected monthly costing .
∎ Timely preparation of monthly accounts & MIS for analyzing monthly business performance.
∎ Comply with tax, VAT & other related matters and ensure timely submission of tax return
∎ Liaison with Bank & Financial Institutions for smooth financial operations and transactions.
∎ Attend Internal Compliance issues to ensure better internal control system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive knowledge of ERP
∎ Ability to manage people and departmental activities.
∎ Control over Cost at optimum level.
∎ Compliance of Laws relating to Accounts.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
∎ Experience in power plant company will be an added advantage for this position.
