∎ Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Advanced computer skills on MS office, accounting software (Specially Tally Software) and databases, Proven Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations, High attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to direct and supervise.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):100% Export Oriented Knit Garments Industry.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with the stake holders.
∎ Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
∎ High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
∎ Should have sound and updated knowledge on TAX & VAT and such related acts.
∎ Should have experience in Tally ERP.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ At least 10 year(s) working experience, out of which 3 year(s) in 100% Export oriented Garments Industries.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and prepare monthly/periodical financial statements and present the same to the management.
∎ Month and year-end process.
∎ Accounts Payable/Receivable.
∎ Recording & Reconciliation of Import LCs.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Cash Flows Statement/Expenditure Statements.
∎ Inventory Management.
∎ Budgeting & Cash Flow Forecasting.
∎ Fixed Assets Management.
∎ Recording and Reporting of WC Loan & Term Loan.
∎ Ensure accuracy of bank receipts and payments.
∎ To maintain financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
∎ Coordinate and complete annual audits.
∎ Meet financial accounting objectives.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department including:
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and prepare monthly/periodical financial statements and present the same to the management.
∎ Month and year-end process.
