Job Context:
∎ We are 100% export oriented large Sweater manufacturing group of company is looking for dynamic and experienced Manager - Fashion Design (Sweater) of Merchandising & Marketing department for our Sweater factory who has very extra-ordinary fashion sense with world market trend, buyer corresponding, communication skill with good network with foreign buyers of Sweater manufacturing business.
∎ Job Location will be Gacha, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research on fashion trends and stay abreast on various contemporary styles.
∎ Lead and work with design team to develop new products that will meet the needs of a customer.
∎ Create prototypes and sketches.
∎ Choose materials, trims, embellishments and fastenings.
∎ Visualize and then create a design with the help of Computer aided Design (Adobe Photoshop and illustrator).
∎ Plan and develop ranges.
∎ Adapt the present designs for a mass production.
∎ Understand design from a practical and technical outlook.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fashion design & conceptual skills.
∎ Strong sense of style & color.
∎ Ability to hand sketching.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
