∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Proven experience in export business, preferably in the same industry.
∎ Thorough knowledge of foreign trade regulations and compliance requirements.
∎ Excellent knowledge of market data and dynamics.
∎ Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to travel abroad to meet with clients and develop business relationships.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring over all export activities in Europe for business development.
∎ Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs.
∎ Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.
∎ Co-ordinate with all others section of commercial department (Bank, Audit, Customs, MCCI, CCI&E, BPGMEA, EPB).
∎ Directly involved in acquiring factory certification like-BSCI, SEDEX, GSV, WRAP, C-TPAT & ISO.
∎ Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors.
∎ Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements.
∎ Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements.
∎ Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations.
∎ Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
∎ Address customer inquiries and complaints.
∎ Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations.
