Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the entire sales cycle, including identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations and tailor Odoo solutions to potential clients.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering repeat business.
Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
