Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help your team members find their path and set them up for success while working with your lead to do the same
∎ Help set and report against weekly and quarterly performance targets, communicate key insights, and obstacles to the teams and the broader company
∎ Increase quality, effectiveness, and efficiency within the team
∎ Help your team focus on why they’re doing what they’re doing, and also make sure they can see how their work helps to bring us closer to our mission.
∎ Communicating team's progress and other relevant analysis to other teams on a regular basis.
∎ Weekly meetings/coaching with TLs providing appropriate feedback/support based on results/findings to improve overall performance.
∎ Responsible for the team's development, performance, and efficiency
∎ Build the team’s culture and set a great example by living our values on a daily basis
∎ Actively participate in the hiring
∎ Admission Processing
∎ International visa processing
∎ Counsel students regarding educational issues
∎ Correspond with university
∎ Meet with other professionals to discuss individual students' needs and progress.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
