Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update and establish standard E-Commerce policy & planning and review time to time.
∎ Ensure Online sales through the website.
∎ Liaison between the backend to ensure 100% fill rate for the online orders.
∎ Organize and lead an E-Commerce team.
∎ Manage social media and to ensure positive visibility on the social media platforms.
∎ Should have working knowledge of Google Analytics to ensure that the products are customized as per the target audience.
∎ Leveraging new channels for brand visibility and customer acquisition.
∎ Knowledge of "Search Engine Marketing" (SEM) to acquire new customers.
∎ Ensure Terms of Trade (TOT) are signed and maintained with all online aggregator partners.
∎ Dealing with competitive activities, distribution, merchandising and pricing strategies.
∎ Building & maintaining excellent relationship with the customers.
∎ Monitor web analytics and internal data sources
∎ Plan, Monitor and comparison the ongoing company presence on social media.
∎ Effective follow up on product inventory & quality standards.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent practical knowledge on computer is a must.
∎ Smart in emailing.
∎ Candidates should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Initially, salary will be reviewed after successful completion of 6 month probation period.
