∎ At least 10 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing in fashion/lifestyle brands, with strong knowledge of platforms, customer behavior, and conversion optimization.
∎ BBA degree holder, specialize in Digital Business, Retail Management, E-commerce or Marketing discipline. Certifications in E-commerce Platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), Digital Marketing, or Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) are advantageous.
∎ Proficiency in key tools and platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, ERP/CRM systems, and digital campaign management.
∎ Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to interpret KPIs, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and working across departments and with external partners.
∎ Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and drive continuous process improvements focused on customer experience excellence.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations across all e-commerce platforms including the website, marketplaces, and social commerce.
∎ Ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory management, and smooth coordination with logistics and customer support teams.
∎ Analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
∎ Manage product listings to ensure accuracy in content, pricing, and visuals.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to plan and execute online campaigns and promotions.
∎ Review and approve website content including banners, product images, and category visuals.
∎ Track and report on key KPIs (daily, weekly, and monthly) to senior management with actionable insights.
∎ Monitor cart abandonment trends and support implementation of recovery and retargeting strategies.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments (IT, design, warehouse, finance) for seamless operations.
∎ Identify and act on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for digital growth.
