Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ The applicants should have potentiality to development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ To deal with clients and provide them project information over telephone.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
∎ To visit project with client for their satisfaction and quires.
∎ Responsible for attending Site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales official's formalities i.e. to check application form to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader and other colleagues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package, excellent interpersonal skill, leadership quality and good command over written & spoken English.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary:
