Responsibilities & Context:

∎ We’re seeking a strategic and performance-driven professional to lead digital marketing and sales efforts. This hybrid role combines growth-focused marketing with results-oriented sales leadership, reporting directly to the GM and CEO.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead digital strategy to drive leads, conversions, and revenue
∎ • Manage sales funnels and optimise customer journeys (B2B & B2C)
∎ • Oversee paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) and track KPIs
∎ • Handle CRM and marketing automation tools
∎ • Align content, campaigns, and SEO to support sales goals
∎ • Conduct market research and manage campaign budgets
∎ • Collaborate across departments to unify marketing and sales efforts
