Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Manager, Brand and Digital Marketing to lead our brand positioning and digital growth initiatives. The role is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and improve digital performance across all channels.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on digital expertise and strong leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with business objectives
Ensure consistent brand identity, voice, and positioning across all platforms
Lead brand campaigns to enhance visibility and market presence
Monitor brand perception and competitive positioning
Digital Marketing Strategy
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content initiatives
Manage performance marketing budgets and optimise ROI
Develop lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
Campaign Planning & Execution
Design integrated marketing campaigns combining online and offline channels
Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment
Analyse campaign performance and implement improvements
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs including traffic, conversions, engagement, CAC, and ROI
Use analytics tools to generate insights and performance reports
Present marketing performance reports to senior management
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor digital marketing and brand team members
Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts
Manage external agencies and vendors when required
