Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling Digital Lending Operation, report generation and digital Loan Processing.
∎ Handling Alternative delivery Channel partnership ( i.eBkash/ Nagad/ other MFS)
∎ Reporting To Senior Management; regarding finalize strategic planning and execution.
∎ Ensuring company's growth by accomplishing partnership deals based on company's benefit and company's strategy.
∎ Building and Maintaining relationships with possible partners,banks,financial organizations.
∎ Facilitating the mobile app by onboarding services ( example: Lifestyle,travel,booking )
∎ Actively participation in different programs on behalf of the company
∎ Hook up with the Accounts and tech team , for betterment of the company.
∎ Perform the managerial roles as per the company policy .
∎ Preparing MoU and Vetting other agreements.
∎ Planning and preparing the KPI , Sales and Take charge of Portfolio management.
∎ Planning for sales with business development team , and Social media management,
∎ Planning for quarterly sales & Marketing plan and also preparing the monthly report based on the performance.
∎ Visiting partner institutions on a regular basis to maintain good relationships.
∎ Shall act as POC for digital Lending issues with corresponding partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales & Marketing, Bank, Financial company etc
∎ Good communication skill in both written and spoken
∎ Good leadership quality with strong market knowledge.
∎ Positive attitude with team members.
∎ Excellent communication, managerial and negotiating skills.
∎ Problem solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills.
∎ Ability to work on deadline at driven work environment.
Salary:
∎ Tk= 34320/- to 42600/- monthly (Negotiable for highly experienced & deserving candidates)
