Responsibilities & Context:
Preference will be given specially to the head of Dev Admin of any life insurance company.
Lead the working team of agency office, Branch Office, Service Centre and Divisional Office.
Be able to manage and inspire the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
Associate sales target in the life Insurance business.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report of Branch and Divisional Office.
Maintaining relationship with all potential marketing officers.
Analysis of customer research, current market trends.
Handling customer question, inquiries and complaints.
Participating in sales team meeting.
Any other task assigned by Management.
