1.Strong leadership and proven team management capability

2.Hands-on experience in Real Estate Sales and team handling

4.Strong knowledge of sales process (lead generation to closing)

6.Good understanding of CRM software and sales reporting system

7.Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities

8.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

9.Ability to manage multiple clients and team responsibilities efficiently

10.Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Lead, supervise, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.

  3. Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.

  4. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure proper execution of the sales process from lead generation to closing.

  5. Oversee CRM system usage and ensure accurate entry, tracking, and updating of all customer data and leads.

  6. Analyze CRM reports and prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

  7. Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits when required.

  8. Ensure effective follow-up of all leads and maximize conversion rates.

  9. Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and sales conversion.

  10. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  11. Ensure smooth execution of all sales operations and team reporting systems.

  12. Take responsibility for achieving overall revenue and sales targets of the company.
