∎ JMI Industrial Gas Limited is a sister concern of JMI Group. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual for immediate appointment who will look after the LPG sales and marketing focusing on the regional area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth & sales target by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Work under the guidance of company to achieves sales target
∎ Guide team to achieve the given target and need to develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
∎ Build & promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Set targets, performance plans, objective standards for sales team
∎ Organize weekly/ monthly sales meeting with the regional team.
∎ Achieve maximum refill rotation from market.
∎ Communicate with depot management for better output
∎ Responsible to manage all the regional sales staffs and train them
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic & good personality and integrity, possess high level of correspondence and analytical ability
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Good Leadership, inter-personal & communication skills
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
