∎ JMI Industrial Gas Ltd. (JIGL) is a sister concern of JMI Group having joint venture with Japan. The key purpose of this position is to ensure market analysis and collaborate with management to maintain sustainable sales growth.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect market data, generate different daily, monthly, yearly basis analytical reports
∎ Ensure daily sales & collection information and report to head of dept.
∎ Gather data on daily sales & operations and analyze personnel wise target & achievement
∎ Ensure reporting on customer wise bulk sales, collection, outstanding on regular basis
∎ Build a strong communication network among distribution, Field Forces & Corporate office
∎ Ensure proper data entry on daily sales & collection, stock transfer and maintain daily stock report
∎ Ensure regular basis administrative work like data & documentation, file maintaining, e-mailing, reviewing, bills preparing etc.
∎ Assist in Preparing yearly budget by analyzing sales plan over the year
∎ Coordinate with Accounts & Finance, Cost & Budget, Distribution, Supply Chain, Logistic, Operations & work as a helping hand of Top Management
∎ Ensure attendance & leave of field colleagues & sent to HR dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proactive & Organizational skills
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Competent in MS Office
∎ Smart, Presentable, Dynamic
∎ To be methodical and well organised, with good numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
Salary: Negotiable
