Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Marketing/ Masters from any reputed university with good academic record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for leading a sales team
∎ Responsible for Sales, Collection and promotional activities as per company policy.
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct Sales.
∎ Respond to the prospects and clients queries.
∎ Meeting prospective buyers and clients and promote JCX.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Lead generation & prospecting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Selling experience of commercial space is highly preferred.
∎ At least 5 years practical experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ Must have the ability and true track record of selling apartment in Bashundhara,/ Niketon/ Uttara area.
∎ Must have both experience of selling commercial & Residential space.
∎ Set strategic plan and implement tactical action to achieve organization objective.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target in line with strategic marketing plan.
∎ Strong Leadership & Communication skills.
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to work independently and with a team and be able to work under pressure of target.

Salary: Negotiable
