Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing a market for construction Admixture.
∎ To achieve Sales Target of the Company.
∎ To visit Masons, Contractor, Home owner and Engineers for Prescribing and sales Our Products.
∎ To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity, and Expansion of the Company.
∎ Develop a business plan and collect information from competitors.
∎ To create a new dealership in a vacant area for expanding market share.
∎ To perform market development-related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
∎ Achieving weekly, monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ Must have the patience to work at the field level.
∎ Maintain new dealer inquiries & application data.
∎ Maintain team & set their work plan.
∎ Regular MIS & good communication.
∎ Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management.
∎ Say "Yes" type attitude.
∎ Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) throughout the assigned territory.
∎ Any Other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a reputed Steel, Cement, Admixture Company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Cement Industry, Admixture Industry, Steel Industry.
