∎ MBA/Masters in HRM from any reputed University.
∎ PGD in HRM will get more preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead HRP of garments consulting with Head of Department and follow up as per guideline;
∎ Ensure Recruitment, Selection & Placement of required workers & Non-Management staffs as per approved HRP;
∎ Ensure preparation of Salary, Wages, OT allowance, Incentives, Bonus & others payment and on time disbursement of the same;
∎ To organize & conduct seminars, workshops, Induction, training on health & hygiene, PPE, Chemical handling, Firefighting & First aid and occupational health or any epidemic break out;
∎ Prepare PAF (Performance Appraisal Form) of management staffs as per existing practice coordinating with respective department & make sure on time appraisal coordinating with Corporate Office;
∎ Follow up training and preparation of training schedule & module as per Training Need Analysis (TNA) and also conduct training & maintain its records and analyze the feedback of training;
∎ Handle grievances in a prescribed manner and ensure employees motivation to achieve optimum desired output;
∎ Maintain disciplinary action for breaching any kinds of rules/regulations, policies, guidelines of the factory;
∎ Ensure on time payment & PMS system.
∎ Conduct HR development/ HR R&D related tasks to create a good culture;
∎ To ensure that factory is ready for Social compliance audit, Technical audit, QMS audit & Environment Audit ;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in HR, Administration & Compliance with large garments industry.
∎ Good knowledge about BLL 2006, relevant local law and Buyer COC, electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC, NFPA.
∎ Fair knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, Environmental issues.
∎ Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality.
