∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ In the case of Experience Applicants, Education may be considerable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of services (Investigation, Operation other subjects of sale)
∎ Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target.
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
∎ Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business development.
∎ Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Working independently with supervision.
∎ Multi-tasking and strong work ethics.
∎ Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Ready to work even in any national & religious holiday and willingness to work long hours.
∎ Qualification in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
