∎ The candidate should have D.V.M (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) / M.S in Poultry Science (Animal Husbandry).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Biswas Dairy Farm (A sister concern of Mahbub Group of Industries.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & Set up overall Management of day to day operation .
∎ Dairy Farm management in Environment control houses ( Controlling body weight & feeding management , growing, proper vaccination, bio-security & disease prevention.
∎ Visit Poultry & Dairy farm on regular basis and provide technical support to the farmers as required.
∎ Provide proper training to the Support & Sale staff and farmers regarding poultry farm management
∎ Collect and analysis data from field and report to the management.
∎ Analysis and solve technical problems come from farmer, dealers and customers.
∎ Planning for yearly, monthly and daily technical service activities.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the organization.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Dairy Farm Management
∎ The applicant should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work sincerely and independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Working experience and age limit may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.
