∎ A customer Manager is mainly responsible for retaining the existing customers group in the competitive trading environment, keeping existing customers is crucial. A dedicated support manager can address concerns promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Problem resolution, feedback loop, ensure compatibility of company business policies, handle crisis management, establish brand image and so on. Overall, a customer support manager is vital for enhancing customer experience, fostering loyalty, and maintaining the integrity of the trading business.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Support Management: Oversee daily operations of the customer support wing, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer/Vendee inquiries and issues.Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to optimize service delivery.
∎ Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and customer satisfaction levels.Prepare and present reports on customer service metrics and trends to senior management.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Address escalated customer complaints and complex issues with a focus on resolution and service recovery.Working with customer service agents to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.Identify opportunities for service enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency.Contribute to the development and implementation of the customer service strategy in alignment with business goals by considering industry trends and customer service innovations to gain competitive advantage.Analyze market data to guide strategic decisions in sales, sourcing, and procurement, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.
