∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ গবাদি পশুর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ওষুধ সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
∎ একজন অবসরপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তি হতে হবে তবে সৈনিক বিশেষ ভাবে প্রযোজ্য (বয়স 40-50)।
∎ সামান্য ভেটেরিনারি জ্ঞান সহ আবেদনকারীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ খামারের কর্মীদের দেখাশোনা করতে হবে এবং মালিককে নিয়মিত আপডেট করতে হবে
∎ ইনভেন্টরি এবং স্টক বজায় রাখা প্রয়োজন।
∎ শ্রম/কর্মীদের সাথে নিয়মিত বৈঠক করতে হবে এবং মালিককে রিপোর্ট করতে হবে
∎ খামার থেকে দৈনিক খরচ এবং আয়ের হিসাব রাখতে হবে, এবং হিসাব মালিককে দেখাতে হবে।
∎ নতুন দুগ্ধজাত পণ্য এবং আইটেম বাজারজাত করার নতুন উপায়, ব্যবসাকে লাভজনক করে তোলার বিষয়ে উদ্ভাবনী ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
