Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any reputed institution.
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
agro based farm, Farm Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Farming, Livestock
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Routine care and Management of cow farm through providing Technical support.
∎ Managing milk production and bull development considering hygiene issues.
∎ Using modern methodologies that ensure highest growth for cattles.
∎ Ensuring healthy maintenance of livestock.
∎ Preparation of production and administrative reports.
∎ Ensure the property/farm is clean and well maintained and facilities & structure are properly maintained.
∎ Manpower planning, monitoring and assessment.
∎ Taking care of livestock, feed, treatment and wellbeing of the cattle.
∎ Preparing and monitoring disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity.
∎ Report to the line management on any unusual/ unexpected results occur in the farm.
∎ Handling administrative issues.
∎ Ensuring that farm activities comply with government regulations.
∎ Maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards across the farm estate.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Possession of a veterinary license and willingness to continually meet licensing requirements.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Passion for animals and an active interest in their health and wellbeing.
∎ Knowledge of all veterinary best practices and a desire to advance the field.
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills to build rapport and adequately communicate with patients and staff.
∎ Problem-solving capabilities with a willingness to tackle unique challenges.
∎ High emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize with families.
∎ Ability to manage time, prioritize and thrive in an oftentimes fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
