Responsibilities & Context:
- Routine care and Management of cow farm through providing Technical support.
- Managing milk production and bull development considering hygiene issues.
- Using modern methodologies that ensure highest growth for cattle.
- Ensuring healthy maintenance of livestock.
- Preparation of production and administrative reports.
- Ensure the property/farm is clean and well maintained and facilities & structure are properly maintained.
- Manpower planning, monitoring and assessment.
- Taking care of livestock, feed, treatment and wellbeing of the cattle.
- Preparing and monitoring disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity.
- Report to the line management on any unusual/ unexpected results occur in the farm.
- Handling administrative issues.
- Ensuring that farm activities comply with government regulations.
- Maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards across the farm estate.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
