∎ Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a corporate/B2B sales role within the tiles industry.
∎ Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Strong understanding of the tiles market, product specifications, and installation processes.
∎ Experience working with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, Army, Navy, Air Force and other Govt. project is highly desirable.
∎ Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for the tiles business.
∎ Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate customers including real estate developers, construction companies, hospitality groups, various government offices and large commercial enterprises.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, architects, interior designers, and project managers.
∎ Understand client project requirements, provide expert advice on tile selection, and present tailored solutions that align with their design and budget specifications.
∎ Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively.
∎ Collaborate closely with the product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for senior management.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
∎ Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and projects, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress.
