Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach potential corporate clients across targeted industries.
∎ Develop sales pipelines through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
∎ Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch products and services.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to maximize customer lifetime value.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
∎ Regularly review client accounts to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet corporate sales targets
∎ Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals and align them with organizational objectives.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
∎ Prepare tailored proposals, business cases, and pricing models for clients.
∎ Lead commercial negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals.
∎ Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
∎ Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management.
∎ Track KPIs including revenue, client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer service, and fulfill client needs.
∎ Participate in product launches, campaigns, or business events aimed at the corporate sector.
∎ Any other task as per Management requirement and Business urgency.
