Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build, develop, manage and monitoring the local corporate sales team.
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth, acquisition, retention, meet the company goal and meeting sales targets for assigned corporate and key account customer segments.
∎ Manage development of value propositions and solutions tailored for corporate and institutional customer needs.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations and finance to support sales activities and customers.
∎ Analyze market and industry data and trends to identify new corporate sales opportunities.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports by analyzing outcomes and metrics on a periodic basis.
∎ Comply with and stays updated on organizational sales policies and procedures.
∎ Identify sales opportunities, initiate contact, negotiate, and close business deals with corporate sales team.
∎ Besides managing growth opportunities, keep an eye on corporate customer retention.
∎ Build quarterly business plans and strategies focusing on achieving big wins (top-down approach).
∎ Constantly improve customer experience by finding deals, redefining processes, SOP and engaging with multiple teams to achieve company.
∎ Meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
∎ Responsible for managing and monitoring account receivables.
∎ Responsibility and realization of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
