  • Existing corporate client network will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Candidates without prior corporate sales experience in the cake/bakery industry are requested not to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

Welkin Pastry is looking for an experienced and result-driven Manager – Corporate Sales & Business Development to lead and expand our corporate client portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring and managing B2B clients such as banks, apparel factories, real estate companies, multinational firms, and corporate houses for regular cake supply, corporate gifting, and event snack orders.

This is a managerial position, ideal for professionals currently working in a renowned cake or bakery brand and handling corporate sales.

 

  • Drive and independently own the end-to-end corporate sales function to accelerate revenue growth through strategic B2B client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients for regular orders, client gifting, and events.
  • Secure corporate event and meeting snack orders (seminars, conferences, board meetings, training programs, etc.).
  • Conduct corporate visits, meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements ensuring profitability and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with production, operations, and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality execution of orders.
  • Manage seasonal corporate campaigns (Eid, Puja, New Year, year-end gifting, corporate milestones).
  • Maintain sales pipeline, client database, and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends within the cake and bakery industry.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
  • Handle key corporate accounts and ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
