Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or Masters major in Human Resource or Finance from any recognized University or Institute with minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system and benefit arrangements) are aligned with the organization's overall strategy and HR vision
∎ Review existing benefit arrangements to assess whether they are current, competitive and aligned with the strategy of the organization
∎ Recommend new benefit programs to management by studying employee requirements and market trends
∎ Coordinate market surveys to ensure competitive and appropriate compensation structure for the organisation
∎ Coordinate compensation processes like; cost of living adjustment, grade and salary review, incentive schemes planning etc
∎ Coordinate and supervise the work activities of compensation specialists and other members in the team.
∎ Design the set of different compensation and benefits policies
∎ Lead different HR Projects not just from the compensation and benefits area

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in related area is required.
∎ Knowledge of Compensation and benefit strategy and practices
∎ Knowledge of Job Evaluation method and organizational structure
∎ Human Resources Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, compensation and benefits, labor relations and information systems
∎ Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation
∎ Strong and proven analytical skills
