Additional Requirements:

- Experience in FMCG industry
- Experienced in the field of Import/ Export through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding
- Strong knowledge regarding Bill of Lading and other shipping documents
- Good knowledge of sight, deferred and Back to Back L/C
- Knowledgeable on HS Code & SRO
- Experienced in handling local purchase
- Good in sourcing, attention to detail and negotiation skill
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the COO and give regular updates on the progress of various projects
- Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation with buyers and sellers, payment realization, payment release etc.)
- Closely follow up all commercial process to execute in timely and cost effectively
- Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines and regulations.
- Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries
- Supervising import, export, transportation, and CNF operations.
- CNF bill checking and approval process on Oracle. Reporting to the top management of the company
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating local contracts, prices, timelines, etc
- Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
