Job Context:
∎ To serve the position of Manager(Commercial) for a (USA-China) Based A-Type manufacturing company located in Ishwardi EPZ, Pabna, Bangladesh. The candidates are expected to have the required experience and knowledge to independently handle the operational activities as well as implement development ideas.
∎ Must have good experience in working with any Group of Company Located inside EPZ.
∎ The job Location will be at Ishwardi EPZ.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring overall activities of the import & Export section as per EPZ rules/law.
∎ Coordinate all activities with Factory Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams as well as Customs, BEPZA, BANK, etc.
∎ Prepare & submit Export Permission & Import Permission from BEPZA authorities to Export & Import goods.
∎ Responsible for renewal of Bond license, Annual audit report from customs authorities.
∎ Follow up on the payment realization & disbursement of the funds after getting the payment.
∎ Follow up with factory & forwarders strongly for Sea, Air, and ICD shipment for on-time delivery.
∎ Follow up with the shipping agent for the shipment schedule, approvals & making shipping documents as per LC or S/C requirements.
∎ Local purchase approval from BEPZA.
∎ IN and Out Permission from BEPZA.
∎ Transportation of Goods from Post to Factory to Port.
∎ Documentation movement threw local/international courier
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
