• Bachelor’s degree/HSC Level in any discipline (a degree in Language, Translation, or a related field is preferred).

Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chinese Interpreter within a manufacturing or export-oriented industry (experience in Garments, Textile, or Wig manufacturing is highly desirable).

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, Bengali, and English.

• Proven experience working directly with Chinese nationals in a professional setting.

• Must be professional, honest, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:

Location: Ishwardi EPZ, Pabna (Position is transferable within Bangladesh or internationally as per company requirements)

Job Context

Oscar Bangla Co. Ltd., a leading multinational wig manufacturer, is looking for a skilled and professional Chinese Interpreter. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese, Bengali, and English, and will play an integral role in bridging communication between our Chinese management and Bangladeshi staff. This position is vital for ensuring seamless operational flow and cultural understanding within our manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and clear interpretation between Chinese and Bengali/English during meetings, training sessions, and daily operations.

• Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between Chinese technical/management staff and the local factory team.

• Assist with the translation of documents, emails, and work instructions as needed.

• Support in fostering a positive and productive cross-cultural work environment.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
