  • At least 5 years of experience in international sales/marketing within a manufacturing or export-oriented industry (Garments experience is encouraged).

  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

  • Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Portuguese.

  • Must be strong in handling overseas buyers independently, with proven skills in negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving.

  • Sound knowledge of product costing, development, and production processes (pattern, consumption, quality standards).

  • Additional Requirements: Only male candidates aged 25 to 38 may apply. Must be honest, hardworking, and detail-oriented.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive for International Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the international marketing department of a manufacturing company (e.g., Garments, Textile).

Responsibilities:

  • He will be responsible for independently driving sales, securing new buyers, and expanding our global market presence for our hair products.
  • Sales & Business Development: Source new international buyers, negotiate contracts, prepare quotes and cost sheets, and secure orders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing communication with buyers via email and social media to ensure repeat business.
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise with the commercial team for smooth material import and product export, and coordinate with production to ensure timely sample development and shipment.
  • Planning & Reporting: Prepare and execute Time & Action (TNA) plans, sourcing plans, and provide timely reports to management.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with the production team to maintain high-quality standards from initial to final production stages.
