∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all customs bond related activities such as, yearly customs bond Audit, take yearly entitlement (Prappota) for Dyes, Chemical, Salt, Yarn, Trims, accessories etc. In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Up, New bond license issue, lien bank inclusion & exclusion talking various type of attestation letter etc.
∎ All correspondence with different Govt. organization /Office like customs bond, Dedo, DOT, BIDA, VAT, NBR, EPB, DOE etc.
∎ Maintain strong relation with all customs members and customs bond Commissionerate officials.
∎ Fellow up regularly to yarn, Dyes, Chemical & Salt Stock position and Adjust stock time to time.
∎ Regularly monitoring and tracking various stages of all customs formalities.
∎ Issue all kind of new license such as Bond license, VAT registration BKMEA, BDYEA membership certificate, BIDA registration, trade license etc.
∎ Manage renewal and amend of all certificate (Bond license, VAT registration BKMEA, BDYEA membership certificate, BIDA registration,)
∎ Maintain factory visit/ Inspection of related concern/Govt. office.
∎ Regularly check H.S Code for Import raw materials, customs act, import policy etc.
∎ Capable to communication and Coordination with different department such as Account Dept. Production dept. Sourcing Dept. Planning Dept. etc.
∎ Perform all In-bond, Ex-bond register, Up for Dyes, Chemical & Salt used and solve problem with customs bond authority.
∎ Prepare report for managing Director on customs bond related work activities in every week & financial year.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import.
∎ Overall management, monitor, maintain and improve mechanism for running the warehouse and control of goods in /out operation and stock control for the organization.
∎ Any Other assignment has given by the Management from time to time.
