Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly deal with the Top Management with 100% Honesty and dedication
∎ Checking the terms of Export LC/Contract/BTB LC against thereon by a justified way.
∎ Co-ordinate with all buyer finance dept and factory commercial dept.
∎ Follow-up of shipment of raw materials and tracking of raw material until in-house.
∎ Handling of Export and import documents, Negotiation with Bank and follow-up of repatriation of proceed against thereon.
∎ Handling customs related work proficiently and independently
∎ Co-ordinate with RJSC, BGMEA, BKMEA, Department of Textile, etc.
∎ Monitoring and handling of Shipping Line, negotiation with them, identifying the better alternates very professionally.
∎ Dealing with C & F agent, monitoring their work very carefully and negotiation of different charges with them.
∎ Co-ordinate with international courier services for better efficiency.
∎ Maintain all Legal documents of the organizations as well as management individuals regarding TAX, VISA, BIN, TIN, Trade License, RJSC, etc. update when necessary.
∎ Financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ Prepare financial statements.
∎ Monitor payment overdue against Term/ Time loans created and address/ escalate it.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Commercial, Cost and budget, Financial Analysis, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Presentation skill, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ Ideal candidate must have working experience for multinational Buying house accounts and commercial related work.
∎ Ideal candidate must have experience on oversees/offshore banking.
∎ Good command in English and IT.
∎ Proper knowledge on UCPDC, Import Policy, Export Policy and Guideline for Foreign Exchange Transection, International Tax policies.
∎ Proper knowledge on rules regulation of Customs, VAT, TAX for buying house.
∎ Proper knowledge on Incentives and tax waivers countries and products.
