• Accomplish all kinds of L/C/TT/FDD application procedures & L/C issuance.

• L/C open purpose follow-up & Regular correspond with banks.

• Bill of entry provides to the bank for online update.

• Analysis of H.S Code as per goods description prior to PI submission at the bank.

• Determination of Back to the Back portion under each Master L/C on time to avoid delay.

• Acceptance/Extension/Amendment/Shipping Guarantee letter prepare.

• Insurance Cover note & Policy issuance to reduce the risk of import.

• Cover note, Email copy, and PI submission to Accounts department for cheque issue of insurance.

• Foreign documents proceed to be sent for C&F and maintain necessary documents.

• Import goods release purpose document prepare for all customs.

• Prepare document & BTMA certificate issue for deem export when necessary.

• Indemnity Bond-related activities.

• Assist to include Capital Machinery under BTMC/BIDA when necessary.

• Maintaining Time & Action plan, Proper records of all LC, Payment, etc.

• Back to Back payment release & coordination with bank & export.

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports in import for the concerned person.

• Any other allocated duties from time to time are assigned by management.

• Correspondence with Exporters / Importers/ Principal, Shipping line, forwarder, C&F, Transport, and other concerned authorities accordingly.

• Experience of LC opening, close and amendment and preparing all kinds of import and export document and all type of license and permission related work.

• Knowledge of preparing Bank Loan, Bank Grantee document & implementation.

• Handling of logistics activities regarding import, Export, Online shipment booking & prepare documentations for Export
