Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic planning processes for denim garment production, ensuring alignment with business goals.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts and production schedules.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer needs while minimizing excess inventory.
∎ Work closely with design, production, and sales teams to align on product launches, promotions, and seasonal collections.
∎ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, lead times, and inventory turnover.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in central planning.
∎ Prepare regular reports for senior management on planning activities, forecasts, and inventory status.
∎ Lead and mentor the central planning team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
