• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Service Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM/Call Center software)
• Fluency in Bangla and English

• Lead and manage the call center & telesales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Develop and implement telesales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.

• Monitor daily operations, including inbound/outbound calls, telesales campaigns, and customer interactions.

• Train, coach, and motivate telesales executives to ensure high performance.

• Ensure quality control, compliance, and excellent customer service standards.

• Prepare and analyze sales reports, conversion ratios, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns.

• Handle escalated customer queries and provide solutions.
