Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the call center & telesales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop and implement telesales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor daily operations, including inbound/outbound calls, telesales campaigns, and customer interactions.
Train, coach, and motivate telesales executives to ensure high performance.
Ensure quality control, compliance, and excellent customer service standards.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, conversion ratios, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns.
Handle escalated customer queries and provide solutions.
