∎ BSc in CSE from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to Day smoothly continue the Business IT operation.
∎ Optimizing business IT processes of Electronics Retail business.
∎ Monthly after Sales commission data preparation for F&A and HR
∎ Prepare Yearly IT Budget with efficient cost management.
∎ ERP implementation for Retail business automation
∎ Strictly follow the departmental SOP to run the ERP system as per UAT
∎ MIS for management and all other department as and when required
∎ Lead the IT team to co-ordinate and complete any IT / IS operational task
∎ Monitoring the IT Asset management and ensure the proper uses
∎ Various platform (System | Application | Web | TALLY | ERP | MS 365 | E-commerce Site - Apps) software management, troubleshoot, user training etc.
∎ Monitoring IT efficiency of team member as well as other department
∎ Assessing, monitoring and upgrading business systems and processes
∎ Liaising with vendors and 3rd parties
∎ IT security and governance implementation
∎ Managing and developing the business IT division
∎ Stakeholder management
∎ Showroom | Warehouse | Service Center & Head Office Network, User equipment IT & IS operation management.
∎ Floor IT & IS management, support, Meeting Room service with user collaboration.
∎ SBU (RIL | REL | RISL) IT operational service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 year(s) in business operations platform & IT service delivery.
∎ PMP or ERP implementation experience
∎ IT management
∎ RDBMS understanding
∎ Infrastructure and applications
∎ Data warehousing, architecture and networking
∎ Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies
