Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Masters in any discipline (preferably in business studies)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maximize market share, revenue and profitability in the company's selected markets.
∎ To formulate marketing strategies and actions plan in line with the company's direction to expand its business in the designated area/territory.
∎ To lead and guide motivated Marketing Team in their daily execution of Marketing/sales tasks & activities towards achieving the team's monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
∎ To attend to customer's sales enquiries, quotations, sales confirmation, tender compilations and follow-up of sales call.
∎ To get to know and participate in local exhibitions & Marketing/sales events which will increase brand awareness, contact expansion and idea generation.
∎ To conduct product and marketing training of new Marketing Force joining the team.
∎ To formulate own strategies to outwit other market players.
∎ To market analysis of Medical Equipment.
∎ Special incentive will be given to the candidate who will achieve the target set by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with experience in Healthcare sector (especially Pharmaceuticals Company) will be preferred and experience in any other prominent sector is highly encouraged to apply
∎ Skills required: customer relationship, distribution management, trade marketing, strategic, analytical, leadership & personal sales skill
∎ Able to travel frequently where required
