Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline/MBA (Marketing/Management).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains the comprehensive database of doctors and institution.
∎ Generates secondary sales with the help of assigned Executives/Officers.
∎ Assigns and monitor existing Marketing & Sales Executives’ activities to enhance and promote tertiary market to increase patients flow in the hospitals.
∎ Enhance the areas to increase lab to lab or hospital clinical investigations/tests.
∎ Visit to renowned consultants/physicians across the country/assign districts and hire them to practice in the hospital.
∎ Ensure comfortable or smooth environment for our exiting/visiting consultants.
∎ Prepares budget for marketing activities and conducting the programs.
∎ Formulates the staffing plan and selection criteria to facilitate management.
∎ Provides data regarding physician referrals and public relations to management for formulating overall marketing strategy, policy and implementation.
∎ Designs and implements marketing programs and sales initiatives.
∎ Arranges doctors visit with permissions and logistic support from operations.
∎ Regulates and monitors subordinates’ activities as marketing personnel both inside and outside the organization.
∎ Follow up the activities of your subordinates and trains up them to achieve the target.
∎ Measures the performance level of employees in both quantifiable and qualitative manners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have minimum 07 to 10 years of working experience as Manager in a corporate hospital/clinic/medical college hospital.
∎ Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in English is MUST.
∎ Excellent knowledge in MS Office, email and Internet.
