Job Context:
∎ KK Foundation, Enterprise Division is a social initiative to empower educated unemployed youths, women and marginalized farmers and grooming up the abandoned street children to participate for income generating activities to bring better life, sustainable livelihoods, economic development, and building of human capacity, self-employed to turn them into sustainable entrepreneurships.
∎ We are now looking for the self-motivated, hardworking and target oriented potential candidates for the following position who have multi-tasking ability to handle the KKF Enterprises social business operations like Gourmet Bakery, Chilled and Frozen Processed & Further Processed Food products in different sales channels throughout Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for Kiosk operation and e-commerce platforms for the Enterprise social businesses.
∎ To be innovative in search of new business concepts in line with the social commitment of the KKF Enterprises.
∎ To make policies and implement the same to control the risk factors and comply with the compliance of the businesses.
∎ To develop new and potential market channels to make the business horizon bigger.
∎ To be responsible for searching & set up Kiosk operations (own and Franchise) for Process & Further Process Products and Talent Chef Café Culture.
∎ To handle all sorts of logistic supports for the Kiosk operational channel.
∎ To work for the development of new and potential markets and avenues of existing and upcoming businesses.
∎ To be responsible to work on day-to-day own E-commerce Business Operations and to keep liaison with third-party e-commerce companies.
∎ To track competitors' movement and to formulate plans & policies to alleviate threats to the businesses.
∎ Ensure a high level of client satisfaction for the business channels.
∎ Liaise with HR Department to ensure training & skill development programs for the Enterprises team as per the approved calendar.
∎ Client Management, statistical data, and reports of the businesses are to be kept as a record for management's decision purposes.
∎ To work closely with the top operational management for the implementation of the business objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The age limit may be relaxed for outstanding candidates.
∎ Experience in FMCG/ QSR/ Kiosk based operation / Franchisee outlet operation/ Specialized restaurant operation/ Online E-commerce Platforms / Frozen Foods industry will be added advantage.
∎ Should be conversant in using a computer e.g. MS Office, email, etc.
∎ Fluent in communication both in English & Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable
