Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or Master’s in any subject from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A team player to develop brand guideline, logo & its guideline etc. for the Enterprise businesses and also the brands' distinguished positioning platforms to create the self-identity of the Enterprise.
∎ A team player to formulate the yearly brand plan, budget and activity calendar for the Enterprises business.
∎ Must have knowledge on ATL, BTL and TTL activities.
∎ To be well conversant with current E-commerce business.
∎ To be innovative to generate idea of new products development, packaging design & artwork as per guideline.
∎ A team player to organizing consumer promotion, trade promotion & market services activities etc. with collaboration of sales and other related departments.
∎ To analyze competitor’s price analysis, product analysis and so on assigned by the department head.
∎ Work closely with the creative & media agency
∎ Must have good knowledge and well known about digital platform and ecommerce based companies
∎ Contact with all ecommerce platform, prepare contract paper & finalize the deal.
∎ Liaison with all ecommerce platform in terms of product placement in their pages.
∎ Should be an energetic, collaborative and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy,
∎ Run own ecommerce platform/online mall
∎ Sound knowledge on information & technology
∎ Run joint promotion with other ecommerce platform.
∎ Overseeing Design and Developments of Website.
∎ Monitor web analytics and internal data sources
∎ Sound knowledge on developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 5-7 years of experience in any renowned National or Multinational company in related job. Age limit is relaxed for the outstanding performers.
∎ Experience in FMCG/ QSR/ Kiosk based operation / Franchisee outlet operation/ Specialized restaurant operation/ Online E-commerce Platforms / Frozen Foods industry will be added advantage.
∎ Should be conversant in using computer e.g., MS Office, email etc.
∎ Fluent in communication both in English & Bengali.
Salary: Negotiable
