  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital collaboration platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a sales team in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:
The Manager – Business Development (IT Solutions & Services) drives business growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, and expansion of existing accounts. This role leads the sales team, manages key clients, and develops go-to-market strategies for cloud, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, enterprise software, and managed services, combining technical knowledge with sales leadership to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute growth strategies; identify new markets and partnerships.

    • Forecast revenue, set targets, and monitor team performance.

  2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and government clients.

    • Lead consultative sales, negotiate contracts, and maintain a robust pipeline.

  3. Solution Positioning & Collaboration

    • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.

    • Align offerings with client needs: cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services, enterprise software.

    • Work with marketing on campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.

  4. Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve goals.

    • Foster a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

  5. Reporting & Business Intelligence

    • Maintain CRM records, analyze sales data, and track market trends.

    • Present performance and strategy updates to senior management.
