Job Summary:
The Manager – Business Development (IT Solutions & Services) drives business growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, and expansion of existing accounts. This role leads the sales team, manages key clients, and develops go-to-market strategies for cloud, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, enterprise software, and managed services, combining technical knowledge with sales leadership to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute growth strategies; identify new markets and partnerships.
Forecast revenue, set targets, and monitor team performance.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and government clients.
Lead consultative sales, negotiate contracts, and maintain a robust pipeline.
Solution Positioning & Collaboration
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.
Align offerings with client needs: cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services, enterprise software.
Work with marketing on campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve goals.

Reporting & Business Intelligence
